The numbers for the September 2020 real estate market will blow your mind.


Today on “Jason Penrose TV,” let’s review the numbers from the real estate market in September and compare them to what we saw in the same month last year:

So what do these changes mean? In general, we have fewer homes available for sale now than last year, more properties are being sold this year, but we also have more homes coming on the market in 2020.

“With the population boom, prices are going up in most markets.”

Part of the reason behind these trends is the fact that interest rates are below 3%. Many people are seeing the writing on the wall and realizing that if they’re going, now is the time to do so, since they can lock in rates while they’re super low. Also, people are flocking to move here from out of state.

We have a high demand for homes, but there’s simply not enough supply for everyone. That means buyers aren’t just competing against other Arizonia buyers, but also those from out of state. With the population boom, prices are going up in most markets.
